a few things since the start of November

Cool! I get to have a skin for this entry...

Anyway, just a few updates, not necessarily on my artistic pursuits:

+ Haven't been up to my NaNoWriMo goal for the past days. The last time I updated my romance novel was when I was still in the province, about six days ago (woah, that long... I have serious catching up to do).

+ Friends, soccer and some internet surfing have been taking up a lot my time. I can't photograph as much as I want to. But I'm happy about my latest deviation, though it was taken months ago.

+ Saturday evening was futsal day. I gotta be more consistent. I play better (meaning more skilffully, and better attuned to my teammates) during the latter games. Half of Sunday was spent in Cainta at Michelle's 22nd birthday. Kuwentuhan galore. Monday was football day, with some teammate bonding after. Ended up going home at 4AM. Talked about everything from politics, nutrition, weight loss, Philippine society, not-so-secret societies, economics, Philippine football, and my own journey-stopping crossroad.

+ Weird dream Monday: I slept immediately after getting home from the (mini-)party on Sunday. Found myself awoke at 4AM and reeling from a sensation of relief. Relief from somebody trying to slash my bag twice to steal my phone and wallet, and from someone who tried to rob me of cash (referring to a taxi driver). In the dream, I lived in quite a posh home with two housemates, one a bit friendly, the other doesn't mind me. One of them has a friend who is often in the house. And they're all males, but the most reaction I can get from them is a small smile from the friendly one. So much for a good-looking house ('coz it was huge and all wealthy-like, mind you) when you can't get along well with your housemates. Anyway, that thing's giving me ideas for a new story :D

+ Will be watching New Moon on the 21st. If I wasn't going to be in the company of my college batchmates, I wouldn't be watching it. And it'll cost me P190 becausse we're going to reserve. Anyway, it's for friends. I do miss their company.

+ Got myself up to date with new developments at DA. Things are getting more exciting. Good job hq!


And that'd be all for now. I sure am in a writing mood. I gotta update for NaNo.
